Questionnaire Hannah Kelly for magazine cover

CAP codes used by the ASA

My advert fits all the CAP codes used by the ASA because my advert is straight forward, with just a picture of the product i am advertising, which is not offensive and does not give out the impression that you will be better in any sports or anything like that. i could of made an advert that would tell you, by wearing these trainers you would become better in all activities of sport and make you capable of doing them, but this is not what my advert is advertising and that is why my advert is not offensive. An example of an offensive advert would be Jack wills advert which they are modeling the cloths naked, which has attracted young children from the age of 13, to wear the underwear, but the cloths line of underwear should be 18-22 year olds. thats why this advert and many others of Jack wills got banned.
