target audience
This is Ellie Emmons, she is 17 years old and lives in london. Her dress sense is quiet straight forward, usually she dresses just in jeans and a fancy top, but as you can see thats not what she is wearing in this picture, she has gone for the more sporty cloths. she likes to hang out with her friends and go shopping on the weekend with the money that she has earned, to topshop, river island and new look.
she enjoys watching films, such as mean girls, white chicks and then the adventure films such as die hard and the james bonds films.
this girl would like to listen to r 'n' b and hip hop music most of the time.

The ASA is the UK's most independent advertiser across all media. They work to make sure that all of their adverts are truthful, decent, legal, and honest.
The codes of ASA use in its judgment’s are CAP and BCAP, the BCAP is responsible for maintaining the UK's Code of Broadcast Advertising and the CAP is responsible for the rulebook The UK Code of non-Advertising
From 1st of March marketing communications on websites will be regulated by the ASA.
A Coca Cola advert was banned because it was thought to of been misleading because it was branded as 'nutritious' because it contained all of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C. One of the complaints thought that the 500 ml bottle of drink had 30g of sugar and in that case was not branded nutritious but as a matter of fact only 23g.
When i make my own advert I will need to check the ASA rules and regulations to make sure my adverts comply with the ASA rules and regulations.

CAP codes used by the ASA
My advert fits all the CAP codes used by the ASA because my advert is straight forward, with just a picture of the product i am advertising, which is not offensive and does not give out the impression that you will be better in any sports or anything like that. i could of made an advert that would tell you, by wearing these trainers you would become better in all activities of sport and make you capable of doing them, but this is not what my advert is advertising and that is why my advert is not offensive. An example of an offensive advert would be Jack wills advert which they are modeling the cloths naked, which has attracted young children from the age of 13, to wear the underwear, but the cloths line of underwear should be 18-22 year olds. thats why this advert and many others of Jack wills got banned.

In order to create an advertising proposal i need to gather information about the company that makes the product, where it wants to advertise, what it wants the advertising to achieve and how much it has to spend.
The advertising budget for my campaign to advertise my SwissBliss Trainers is £100,000.
I want my advert to introduce new trainers called SwissBliss to the footwear market.
The advertising i want for my advert is a print advert because it would suit my campaign and more people will be about to see it.
In my print advert i would like it to bright and colourful, so the advert will catch peoples eyes and make more people see the product that im doing so it can then come more popular. I think a stylish advert will fit in with my trainers as they are new design out.
My target market is :-This is Kelly smith she is 16 years and lives in goffs oak.
She wears designer tops and skinny jeans with high top trainers. She enjoys going out with her friends and likes to go shopping to get the lastes fashion. She shops in Nike town, Jd and other stylist sports shops.
